Tim Hornberger

As Vice President of Design and Development at KI, Tim Hornberger leads new product creation with a strong focus on human-centered design and durability. He has an extensive background in product development, streamlining processes to deliver quality furniture solutions. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Outside of his professional role, Tim is deeply committed to fostering youth creativity and innovation. He serves as the Regional Director for Green Bay Area Destination Imagination and is a founding board member of a local youth-focused Maker Space, helping children develop problem-solving skills.

He has a clear design philosophy: shift focus from what a product is to what it does and who it serves, as this dramatically alters its value.
