Dr. Victor Santiago Pineda is a globally recognized human rights expert leading the Center for Independent Living. A two-time presidential appointee, he is an author, urbanist, and founder of World ENABLED and the film company Windmills & Giants. He earned a BS from UC Berkeley and a PhD from UCLA.
