William Heigh is a long-serving leader at The Scottish Parliament, currently as the Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management. His extensive career, which began in quantity surveying, has seen him manage pivotal projects, including the Parliaments move to the Holyrood building, and progress into strategic leadership. He holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
He played a crucial role in managing the migration of the Parliament from its temporary accommodation to the permanent Holyrood building in 2004.
