William Hynes
Inspirer · DISC type idWilliam is a Graduate Chemical Engineer with the Water Corporation, applying his expertise in water treatment processes. A graduate of The University of Western Australias Master of Professional Engineering program, he has experience optimising operations at both the Mundaring Water Treatment Plant and the Southern Seawater Desalination Plant.
Outside of work, William is deeply involved in rowing as a competitive athlete and a volunteer. He has competed at the national level for his university and now coaches the Bunbury Rowing Clubs womens squad. He also participates in community fundraising, such as a 200km charity bike ride for cancer research.
He is slated to be a speaker at the upcoming Connected by Water 2026 conference in Perth.
