The initiative provides objective data to inform policy discussions and encourage reforms that advance gender equality, publishing its findings in a flagship annual report.
Driven by the principle that economies become more resilient when societies achieve gender equality, the project focuses on real-world outcomes. It highlights the importance of legal protections, workplace equality, and female entrepreneurship to build a more equitable and prosperous world for women, their families, and their communities.
In its 2024 report, the project expanded its scope to measure not only laws on the books but also their practical implementation and outcomes.
