He leverages his unique background, with cum laude masters degrees in both Business Economics and Neuroscience from Erasmus University, to help organizations unlock professional potential through innovative, science-based assessment tooling that incorporates DNA analysis.
Outside of his entrepreneurial and academic pursuits, Wouter is a father of two sons who lives in a village near Rotterdam. He is a former aspiring professional football (soccer) player, having spent time at the youth academy of a professional club, an experience which gave him early insights into achieving peak performance.
Unique fact: Before becoming a neuro-economist, his primary ambition was to be a professional football player with a dream of playing for a team like AC Milan.
