Wouter van den Berg is the founder of BrainCompass and the first neuro-economist in the Netherlands. He leverages his unique background, with cum laude masters degrees in both Business Economics and Neuroscience from Erasmus University, to help organizations unlock professional potential through innovative, science-based assessment tooling that incorporates DNA analysis.
Outside of his entrepreneurial and academic pursuits, Wouter is a father of two sons who lives in a village near Rotterdam. He is a former aspiring professional football (soccer) player, having spent time at the youth academy of a professional club, an experience which gave him early insights into achieving peak performance.
