Adela Crasto (Assoc CIPD)

Adela is an HR Apprentice in Talent Acquisition at Standard Chartered, holding an MSc in HRM from the University of Liverpool. As a CIPD Associate Member, she is passionate about people-centered HR, with hands-on experience in the full recruitment and selection lifecycle.

She is passionate about professional growth and mentoring the next generation of talent. She has volunteered to assess university students, providing constructive feedback to support their development and career readiness.

Unique fact: Adela participated in a mock assessment center for students held at Liverpools famous Anfield stadium.
