Alex is a customer experience leader at ClickUp, managing global teams across Success, Services, and Support to protect and grow revenue. He has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and has deep expertise in developing scalable coverage models for diverse customer segments, from enterprise to self-serve accounts.
Outside of work, Alex is a proud alumnus of Cal State San Marcos, where he met his wife, Ashley. He is a father of two and is actively involved with the CSUSM Alumni Association, often encouraging his network to support the university and its students.
