Bhavna Thapar

Bhavna Thapar is the Director of Operations for the Maverick Group at The Agency Indy and Co-Owner of The Little India Restaurant. A Purdue University alumna, she leverages her background as a real estate investor to streamline operations and enhance client experiences, blending business acumen with a community-first approach.

Outside of her professional roles, Bhavna is deeply passionate about community engagement and empowering women. She recently became a co-owner of IndyMaven, a local media company focused on uplifting womens voices. She is a dedicated mother of two and is actively involved in the local school system.

Her restaurant was the first to bring Indian food to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse as part of a guest chef program.
