Chandana is an Associate in Employee Services at the London Stock Exchange Group, specializing in global off-boarding. With a background in HR operations at DXC Technology and Accenture, she recently completed her MBA in Human Resources. She also holds certifications in diversity recruiting and fair interviewing.

Outside of her professional role, Chandana demonstrates a passion for corporate social responsibility and environmental causes. She actively participated in a large-scale plantation drive with the LSEG Foundation, helping to plant hundreds of saplings to support local farmers and improve the environment.

Interestingly, she co-authored a technical publication on a multi-account embedded system using biometric fingerprint identification to enhance ATM security.
