CV Harris

CV is an experienced engineer with a background in managing complex capital projects and manufacturing maintenance for Leprino Foods. He has since transitioned to entrepreneurship as the President of Black Cock Brewery, leveraging his technical expertise to build his own business. He holds a Bachelors degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.

His passion for the craft of brewing evolved from a hobby into a full-time business venture. CV is focused on creating a community hub in Roswell, New Mexico, through his brewery, where he is directly involved in developing unique beer recipes.

After a long engineering career in the cheese industry, he founded and now runs his own craft brewery.
