Elise Ringgenberg
Commander · DISC type DElise is an experienced engineer and decarbonization manager at Lindt & Sprüngli, focused on integrating environmental sustainability into CPG manufacturing. Holding a PMP and a Master of Science from the University of Guelph, she leads efforts to meet science-based climate targets by optimizing utilities and managing GHG accounting.
Outside of work, Elise is a Board Member and Program Committee Chair for Gather, an organization focused on ending hunger in New Hampshires Seacoast area. Passionate about the outdoors, her hobbies include surfing, climbing, biking, and skiing. She is driven to find solutions that merge food security with food waste reduction.
Raised as a farmer and educated as a food scientist, she once spent three years in Haiti working for non-profits fighting childhood malnutrition.
