Elizabeth Bryant is the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer at Southwest Airlines, a role she has grown into since joining the company in 1997. She provides executive leadership for all human resources functions, focusing on talent development and preserving the airlines renowned culture. Elizabeth holds an MA from Indiana University Bloomington.
Outside of her corporate responsibilities, Elizabeth is passionate about community service and mentorship.
