Holly Johnson

Holly Johnson is an Emergency Room Nurse at Banner Health who brings a unique perspective from her previous career in marketing and brand management. She has held leadership roles at health and beverage companies, including Director of Marketing. Holly earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a BSN from Arizona College of Nursing.

Outside of her demanding clinical role, Holly has shared that the most important job she will ever have is being a mother, emphasizing the high value she places on her family life.

She made a significant career pivot from serving as a Director of Marketing to becoming a frontline Emergency Room Nurse.
