Jeff Cromarty

D. from the University of Pennsylvania, he previously served as COO of Philadelphia University, guiding it through its merger with Jefferson. He is also the co-author of a book on team innovation.
Jeff is engaged with the local community, serving on the board of the East Falls Development Corporation, which focuses on economic revitalization and community development in the area surrounding the university.
He coined the term "Finalistasis" to describe the anxiety of replaying a final job interview while awaiting a decision.
