Jim is a seasoned digital marketing and technology executive, currently leading Customer Solutions at Teva Pharmaceuticals. With a background that includes strategic roles at PwC and Bayer, he specializes in CRM, customer experience, and omnichannel campaign management. He holds an Executive Masters from Georgetown University and is a recognized TEDx speaker.
