Josh Turley is the third-generation CEO of RTA: The Fleet Success Company, where he focuses on building an award-winning organizational culture. An author and host of "The Fleet Success Show" podcast, he is a passionate advocate for leadership within the fleet industry. He earned his Masters degree from Arizona State University.

Outside of work, Josh is a family man with a wife and eight children. He is an avid adventurer who enjoys off-roading with Ford Raptors in the deserts of Arizona and Mexico, including expeditions in Baja California. His other interests include singing and reading thriller and leadership novels.

He transformed the legacy family business from a $2 million company into a modern SaaS provider with a $100 million valuation.
