With a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University, she specializes in supporting strategic partnerships and has a strong background in securing grant funding for workforce development initiatives.
Outside of her professional role, Kaylie is deeply committed to community service as a volunteer firefighter and a certified Emergency Medical Technician (Basic). This passion for helping others was recognized when she was named Firefighter of the Year by her department, a personal accomplishment she is very proud of.
She was honored to be voted Firefighter of the Year by her peers and leadership in her fire department.
