Kee Chan Sin

Kee Chan Sin is the Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets & Corporate Finance at Verizon, with over 20 years of experience in global treasury and corporate finance. He has executed over $300 billion in M&A transactions and manages Verizons funding strategies and financial risk. He holds a Masters from The University of Texas at Arlington and a B. S. from Hawaii Pacific University.

He serves as the Vice President and Treasurer for the Verizon Foundation, overseeing the financial aspects of the companys philanthropic arm. His career began in the banking sector in Singapore and Taiwan, providing him with a foundation in international finance before moving into corporate treasury.

He plays a key role in Verizons issuance of over $6 billion in green bonds to fund renewable energy projects.
