Latisha Hill

Latisha Hill is the Vice President of Community Affairs & Chief Customer Officer at Avista, leading teams in customer experience, public affairs, and economic vitality. She holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University and has spearheaded major public-private partnerships, including the award-winning Catalyst building development.

A self-described "volunteer junkie, " Latisha is passionate about community service and has served on numerous boards focused on health, transportation, and economic growth in the Spokane region. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.

She loves spontaneous dance parties and keeps strobe lights under her living room couch just in case.
