Margaret Cave is the Director for Episcopal Ministry for the Archbishops of Canterbury and York, focusing on strategic and governance changes within the Church of England. Educated at Durham University, her career has progressed from Team Rector at a parish level to a strategic leadership position at Lambeth Palace.
Outside of her official duties, Margaret is deeply involved in her community, having served as Chair of a winter night shelter and as a school governor. She is married to Tim, has four grown-up sons, and a labradoodle named Tiger.
She is a published author, having contributed a chapter to the book Anglican Evangelists on the role of the evangelist in the parish church.
