Michelle Simpson

Michelle Simpson is a financial management leader serving as Revenue Collections Manager at Southern Water. A qualified Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management, she has extensive experience in the utilities sector, having previously managed credit and risk functions at National Grid.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle is dedicated to community service. She has served as the Chair for the Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing branch of Sands, the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity, and is also an active qualified Befriender.

Michelle is also responsible for Governance, Risk and Compliance for Southern Waters Customer Engagement directorate.
