Mick Nitsch is the Executive Vice President and Missouri Regional President for Regent Bank, bringing over three decades of banking experience to the role. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he has a long history of leading and growing banking operations in the Springfield market.
Deeply invested in his community, Mick has served as a board member for local organizations, including the Springfield Business Development Corporation and the United Way of the Ozarks. His career has been marked by a consistent focus on fostering local economic growth and supporting business leaders in the Springfield area.
After a 37-year career in banking, he retired for only six weeks before being recruited to join Regent Bank.
