Paul Huffer

Paul Huffer is the Vice President and Long Island Civil Division Manager at Posillico, bringing over two decades of experience in the heavy civil construction industry. He has managed complex infrastructure projects up to $300 million, including highways, bridges, airports, and railroads. He holds a B. S. in Construction Management Technology from SUNY Farmingdale and is a certified Design-Build professional.

He has extensive experience working with a wide range of public agencies, including the LIRR, Port Authority of NY & NJ, and various state and county Departments of Transportation.
