Puskin Jakhar

Puskin is a Product Manager at UnifyApps with a background in SaaS implementation and consulting from his time at Sprinklr. A graduate of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, he possesses deep expertise in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and customer onboarding. Colleagues describe him as "extremely dedicated" and delivering high-quality work.

Beyond his software career, Puskin has a demonstrated passion for mechanical and automotive engineering. This interest was cultivated during his university years where he was actively involved with a student racing team, showcasing his hands-on technical abilities and interest in complex systems.

He served as a Transmission Engineer for the Mechismu Racing team while in college.
