Rick Bearden

An alumnus of Jacksonville State University, he develops continuity of operations and medical surge plans. He is also a contract instructor for SAIC, teaching Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) courses.
For over six years, he has been a monthly instructor at the Department of Homeland Security’s Center for Domestic Preparedness.
