Outside of his professional life, Sam took a significant career break to travel the world. His journey included extensive travels through Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Borneo, Thailand), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), and the Americas (Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and New York).
