Scott Gruver

Scott is an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a history of leading technical teams and driving process automation. He has a strong background in robotics, digital dashboard development, and leveraging SQL and VBA for system improvements. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science from Grove City College.

Outside of his engineering work, Scott is a father and a dedicated community leader. He serves as the board secretary for Joy El Camps & Retreats, a faith-based organization, demonstrating a strong commitment to his community and personal values of ownership, teamwork, and integrity.

He once automated a Mazak laser nesting process using his skills in SQL and VBA.
