As Wipros Chief Culture Officer, Sunita Cherian spearheads culture transformation, diversity, and talent strategy. An Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a PGDBA, her three-decade career at Wipro has spanned sales, HR, and strategy. She is a Master Coach and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, recognized for shaping an inclusive and purpose-driven corporate environment.

Sunita is a strong advocate for continuous learning and finding happiness in daily life. She candidly admits to disliking cooking and emphasizes the importance of building strong support networks, both personally and professionally. She believes in balancing a successful career with a happy family life, viewing it as an achievable goal rather than an either/or choice.

Interestingly, she joined Wipro straight from campus as an engineer and initially worked in sales and account management before transitioning into human resources.
