Vikash Dalmia

As VP of Finance at Xoriant, Vikash leads Business Finance and FP&A to drive revenue growth and optimize margins. He brings 18 years of leadership experience from Accenture, where he shaped financial strategy. He is an alumnus of St. Xaviers College and pursued studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Beyond his financial expertise, Vikash is passionate about building high-performing teams and believes in leveraging technology to drive business transformation. He focuses on fostering a collaborative environment that enables strategic growth and innovation.

He spent nearly two decades in various leadership roles at Accenture before taking on his current executive position.
