Dr. Bridget Williams is the Deputy Superintendent of Executive Services for Orange County Public Schools, the nations eighth-largest district. With over 30 years of experience within the district, she has progressed from teacher to principal and now to a key leadership role. She holds a doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
Dr. Williams is a native of Orlando and a product of the same school district she now leads. This deep-rooted connection is further demonstrated by her three children, who are all graduates or future graduates of Orange County Public Schools, reflecting a profound personal commitment to public education.
As principal of Jones High School, she led a team that successfully improved the schools grade and reduced the dropout rate from 12.2% to just 0.03%.
