Xuan Yong

Xuan Yong is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Workrise, a leading workforce management platform for the energy sector. He previously worked as an energy investor at firms like Citadel and D. E. Shaw after graduating from Texas A&M University. He founded the company, formerly RigUp, to solve pressing labor fragmentation problems in the industry.

Originally from Texas, Xuan lives in Austin with his wife and children. He supports several philanthropies, including youth scholarship funds across Texas, the Dell Childrens Medical Center Foundation, and Austins local public television. He is also a participant in the Texas MS 150 charity cycling event.

Unique fact: His co-founder has publicly described him as a "financial whiz, " crediting him with managing the companys financials.
