Yuni Navarro is the EVP and Chief Administrative Officer at Ocean Bank, recently appointed to its Board of Directors. Her career at the bank began in 1993, and she now oversees HR, IT, and operations. She holds a Juris Master from Florida International University and is described by peers as a "consummate professional" with a "heart of gold."
Outside of her extensive banking career, Yuni is deeply involved in her community. She serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade and the South Florida Banking Institute and has been actively involved with the United Way, previously serving as a vice chair for its Womens Leadership Breakfast.
She received the Glass Ceiling Award from the Florida Diversity Council and was named Human Resources Leader of the Year by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce in 2015.
