Features

  • Attach Context Files to Miia Research: Miia users can now attach supporting documents directly when launching new research.
    • Up to 5 files per research
    • Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, PPTX
    • 10MB total size limit
    These files can include background research, internal notes, or contextual information about the parties involved.
    When relevant, Miia will use this information to enrich the generated report and cite it appropriately.
  • Organization-Wide Context Files for Admins: Admins and Super Admins can now upload global context files that apply across all Miia research within their organization.
    • Shared organizational knowledge is automatically considered in every research request
    • Ensures consistency across reports generated by different users
    • Files are used and cited based on relevance
    Limits:
    • Up to 5 files at a time
    • 10MB total size
    This makes Miia research more aligned with your organization’s internal knowledge and frameworks.
  • Improved Visibility Into Account & Usage Details: We’ve improved how account, subscription, and usage information is surfaced internally, enabling faster support and issue resolution when needed.
    • Quicker troubleshooting
    • Better visibility into quotas and plans
    • Faster turnaround for customer support requests

    • Notifications are now sent only after the entire batch job has completed, reducing confusion caused by partial results
    • File links are shared once all profiles in the job are fully processed

  • GDPR Notifications: More Consistent Delivery (EU & UK): We’ve improved the reliability and consistency of GDPR-related notifications for profiles in the EU and UK regions.
