Al Gordon

Al Gordon is the Rector of SAINT Church, a collaboration of parishes in East London, including St John-at-Hackney. He is focused on church planting and revitalization, aiming to make church accessible and appealing to younger generations. He previously served on the leadership team at Holy Trinity Brompton and trained at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford.

Al is married to Olivia, an architect, and they have three children. His ministry is noted for its creative and entrepreneurial approach, incorporating modern branding, hosting concerts with major artists like Ed Sheeran, and even starting a microbrewery to engage with the community.

He has a passion for blending faith with creativity, having overseen major artistic and architectural renovations at his church to create culturally relevant spaces.
