Amit Sheth

Specializing in Inclusive Design, Design Thinking, and Wayfinding, colleagues describe him as creative and hands-on. He holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and is a Chartered Designer.
A self-described tinkerer, Amit is passionate about hands-on creation and problem-solving. Outside his academic roles, he enjoys designing and making his own three-dimensional jigsaw puzzles. He is deeply invested in instilling a practical, hands-on design process in the next generation of engineers, moving ideas from concept to creation.
He founded Minds Eye Design, a firm that was instrumental in redesigning the road and wayfinding signage for the city of Ahmedabad.
