Austin Fish
Energizer · DISC type IAustin Fish is the second-generation CEO of Complete Payroll, a family business he joined in 2001. A Microsoft Certified Professional, he began his career by establishing the companys IT department, spearheading its technological advancement. He has since held multiple roles, including COO, before becoming CEO, where he focuses on sustainable growth and company culture.
Outside of work, Austin is an avid world traveler, enjoying exploring new countries, cultures, and food with his girlfriend. He attends concerts and sporting events and is an Eagle Scout, applying the values learned to his business philosophy. He is also dedicated to his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce.
He and his brother, the COO, once swapped roles to better accommodate his brothers growing family.
