A globally recognized, award-winning data visionary, she holds an MBA from Texas A&M and an MS in Data Science & Analytics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Outside of her defense work, she is a passionate advocate for STEM education and a best-selling author of "The Data Detective" childrens book series, inspired by her son. She actively engages with students and founded a local chapter of Women in Data to mentor women in technology, embodying a human-centered, empathetic leadership style.
She wrote her first childrens book after her then four-year-old son kept asking her to explain what "data" is.
