David Llewellyn

David Llewellyn is the Executive Innovation Chef at Co-op, leveraging a deep background in product development from previous roles at Greencore, Waitrose, and Bighams. His expertise lies in creating new food products for major UK retailers. He holds a GNVQ Level 3 certification in Hospitality Management.

Outside of his corporate role, David has a passion for regional food culture. He authored the publication "Taste Swansea, " which explores the local culinary scene. This project highlights his interest in celebrating and documenting local food and drink producers.
