Originally from Romania, Florentina is a married mother of two girls. She is passionate about achieving goals and is driven to identify and nurture talent in the people she works with, seeing it as an opportunity for mutual learning and growth.
She is spearheading the engineering of a full-scale blended-wing body jet, a futuristic design set to fly by 2027.
