Joe Kourea
Joe Kourea is the Director of Operations for Lidl GB, where he has advanced from his prior role as a Regional Director. He is responsible for overseeing logistics and operational strategy for the major retailer. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Leeds.
Joe demonstrates a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and supporting military veterans. He took a leading role in Lidls pledge to the Armed Forces Covenant, highlighting the value that ex-military personnel bring to the workforce and ensuring they receive fair treatment and opportunity.
In March 2024, he signed the Armed Forces Covenant on behalf of Lidl GB at the historic Horse Guards in London.
