Juliane Poss

Juliane Poss is a Counsel at DLA Piper in Frankfurt, specializing in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions and capital markets compliance. She was recognized as "one to watch" for capital markets law by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers. She holds an LLM from the City University of Hong Kong.

Juliane shows an interest in global affairs and social causes, demonstrated by her visits to Hiroshima and Nagasaki and her support for Nobel Peace Prize recipients. She actively fosters professional growth by co-organizing a network for "Young Capital Market Lawyers" to promote industry connections.

She recently completed one of the markets first bond tap issuances using a compressed 11-page document instead of a full prospectus.
