Katherine is a delivery-focused leader with a long tenure at EDF, having joined in 2010. As Director of Strategy and Performance, she leverages her background in finance, including a CIMA qualification and a BSc from the University of Bristol, to drive commercial strategy and support business solutions.
Outside of her demanding role, Katherine values work-life flexibility. She and her husband have been renovating a house in the South of France, a project significant enough for her to take a six-month sabbatical to focus on making it liveable.
Katherine is a member of some of EDFs Employee Networks and finds value in understanding the lived experiences of others.
