Maria Alicia Lima Peralta

Maria Alicia Lima Peralta is the Chief Legal Officer at Sabesp, bringing over 25 years of executive experience from multinational companies in the retail, health services, and industrial sectors. A graduate of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, her expertise spans corporate law, ESG, and institutional relations across Latin America, Europe, and Africa.

She is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and mentorship. This commitment is highlighted by her role in organizing and publishing the book "Minha mãe é um sucesso" (My mother is a success), which explores the balance between career and motherhood through the stories of female executives and their children.

She was the first woman in 100 years to join the C-level executive team at a major multinational where she previously worked.
