Michael DePaul

Michael is the Director of Accounting at Duolingo, bringing a wealth of experience from his time in public accounting at PwC and in corporate finance at PNC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree from Penn State University.

Outside of his professional life, Michael shows a personal interest in his companys mission by actively using the Duolingo app to learn new languages. He also maintains a strong connection to his alma mater, Penn State University, which he lists as a key interest.

He is an active user of his own companys product and is currently learning French.
