Nicole Chuchmach

Nicole Chuchmach is a Professor in the Faculty of Business at Humber College, holding an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Guelph. Drawing on a family background in the restaurant industry, she is an award-winning educator recognized for creating innovative online learning programs and prioritizing student engagement.

Deeply motivated by the memory of her mother, Nicole founded "Sophies Run, " a long-distance charity run to raise awareness for colorectal cancer. Beyond her philanthropic running, she established a memorial award in her mothers name to provide financial assistance to students, and describes herself as someone who loves to have fun and make people laugh.

In memory of her mother, she founded a charity and has completed long-distance runs from Toronto to Ottawa, and even from Milton, Ontario to New York City.
