Rick Paul

Rick Paul is the Senior Vice President of R&D at Becton Dickinson, bringing over two decades of leadership in the medical device space. His expertise includes product development, patient monitoring technology, and R&D strategy. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering from USC.

Residing in Orange County, California, Rick is a family man with a wife and son. He is actively involved in his community, dedicating his time to coaching and officiating youth sports, demonstrating a clear passion for mentoring and community engagement outside of his demanding professional life.

He has led the development of next-generation connected hemodynamic monitoring platforms.
