SAKSHI DOMBE

Sakshi is a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Vanderlande, having recently completed her MBA in Human Resources from MKSSS Smt. Hiraben Nanavati Institute. She is applying her academic foundation and prior internship experience to her new role, focusing on recruitment and team growth within the company.

Outside of her direct role, Sakshi has a keen interest in analyzing business strategy and innovation. She demonstrated this by leading her team to victory in a poster presentation competition that explored the success story of the ride-hailing company Ola, showcasing her collaborative and analytical abilities.

Unique fact: She won a university competition for a presentation on the business success story of ride-hailing giant Ola.
