Dave Hollander is the Deputy Clerk of the Chamberlain’s Court at Guildhall, overseeing historic civic functions for the City of London. A University of Cambridge graduate in Modern Languages, his background also includes roles as a freelance publishing designer and deputy production editor for "The Stage" newspaper, blending public service with editorial expertise.
Outside of work, Dave is deeply involved in amateur theatre, having served as the deputy chair of South London Theatre for eight years and directed productions. He also has a unique interest in Japanese beverages, previously working as a bartender at the UK’s first craft sake brewery, KANPAI.
