Gilbert Winn

Gilbert Winn is the CEO of WinnCompanies, the nations largest manager of affordable housing. He spearheads the development of award-winning mixed-income, military, and historic preservation communities. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in History and Psychology.

Described as a visionary leader in equitable housing, Gilbert is driven by the principle of "doing well by doing good. " He is actively involved in community service, including serving as a board member for Heading Home, Inc. , a non-profit dedicated to preventing homelessness in the greater Boston area.

In a meaningful family affair, Gilbert was inducted into the Affordable Housing Finance Hall of Fame alongside his father, Arthur, the companys founder.
